The 3.5ch Hawkspy LT-711 RC Helicopter with Gyro and Spycam is an easy to fly 3 channel helicopter. This helicopter is designed for indoor or outdoor flight on very calm days. The double rotor design helps stabilize flight and makes it easier to control. This is one of the largest size 3.5ch outdoor helicopters on the market. Can only be flown on very calm days.

Fun to fly. I fly it with my 12 year old son and it is easy. He gets real kick out of filming different views of the house. I used to to see where the leak on the roof was:) Would buy again and recommended.

Use mine to film wildlife and chase the farm cats. Also to chase the sparrows out of the shop. Easy to fly and work on. Yep crashed it into a tree.

We have fun with it. Its big so the bigger the helicopter the harder they fall and we have had to replace a few parts but we enjoy it enough to to replace pieces when needed.

I bought one of these in early October. It has crashed from 30 feet in the air, no damage. It has spent 3 months in a tree, 50 feet in the air (and it was recently recovered), being rained on, snowed on, and frozen. Tested it after a brief thaw and a battery charge, and believe it or not the only thing I can find wrong with it is the on off switch being a little bit stiff to slide.
Definitely HIGHLY recommended if you want something durable. (It also is a blast to fly, even if it does get pushed around by the slightest breeze)

Maiden flight ended in one lower main blade snapping off after falling just under ten feet of flight. Started it up on my desk to be sure I didn't need to order any other replacement parts.... arrgghh it rolled out of my hand and snap! the second lower blade broke and flew off. Have ordered new blades and hope to have better luck next flight. This is my fourth copter in three years so, I can't blame it all on my inexperience.

Bought this thinking it would be a great park flyer. Even on calm days this thing is blown all over the place. Very disappointed.

My wife got me one of these for Christmas a couple years ago and I love flying it. It takes pretty nice video. I've had a couple serious crashes with it and I've learned how to fix it. You can order replacement parts from ThinkRC and it's pretty easy to replace them. I usually look to the trees and if I see even one leaf flickering I won't fly it. I gave it 4 stars because I think the tail rotor could use a little more power to get it moving forward and backward. It's my second RC chopper, my first was an Air Hog. It's pretty easy to fly and control if you've had a little practice.
